 I.        FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

                This office is an indispensable partner of the local government unit concern  for the proper implementation and guidance in the administration of justice. Aside from the judicial power what the law is and the legal rights of the parties, we are also servicing the  inhabitants in issuing clearances for loans and other legal purposes, and solemnizing marriages. Record checking as requested by our local banking institu-rating income for  the city government.

  II.    OBJECTIVES

                The primary objective of this office is to hear and try cases and administer  justice and see to it that justice is done equally. Also up-grade personnel capability by attending conferences, seminars and workshops; and create innovations advantageous  to the people as well as to our co-workers in the public and private sectors to gain harmonious and lasting relationship.

 III.         PROJECT/ACTIVITIES

 1.        Computerization of all records of criminal and civil cases.       On-Going
2.     Assist the Commission on Election (COMELEC)   in the conduct of barangay elections and    resolves election related cases within the     court’s jurisdiction.   As need arises
 3.     Send court sheriffs to conventions for the   up-grading of their functions in the administrations       of justice.  As need arises
4.     Attend annual conference of the Philippine    Association of Court Employees (PACE) and     the Philippine Association which will be called   by the Supreme Court.     As scheduled
 5.     Attend annual convention seminars for City Judges and Lady Judges Association which will be called   by the Supreme Court. As scheduled
