 I.      FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

          The Office of the City Prosecutor is an indispensable unit of the Local Government not
         only in the proper administration of justice but in extending legal assistance to the
          programs of the local government.

  II.  OBJECTIVES

          The primary objective of this office is not only to conduct preliminary investigation and
           prosecute cases in   Court but also to administer equally for the offender and the
           offended party, and to see to it that justice is done.

1.    Computerization of records of this office.    As need arises
2. To provide the City Prosecutor, his eight (8)  Assistant Prosecutors and the Administrative  Officer with service pistols for self-defense   purposes.
