I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

Represents the City in all civil, legal actions and special proceedings wherein the City or any official thereof, in his official capacity as a party. Recommends measures and provides legal minds in the implementation of laws and decrees applicable to the local government unit.

II. OBJECTIVES

To ensure that the implementation of order is within the context of law in line with the national goal and perspective.

III. PROJECT/ACTIVITIES
