I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
Assisting in the coordination of the work of all officials of the City, under the supervision, direction and control of the City Mayor. Establish and maintain a sound personnel program and conduct a continuing organizational development with the end in view of instituting effective administrative reforms. Be in the front-line of the delivery of administrative support services and perform such other functions as provided under the Local Government Code and other
law/ordinances.
II. OBJECTIVES
To develop plans and strategies and upon approval thereof by the City Mayor, implement the same particularly those which have to do with management and administration-related programs.
