I. FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
Shall take charge of both the accounting and internal audit services of the city government; maintain a sound and reliable records of all financial transactions and provide information regarding financial condition operations.
II. OBJECTIVES
To provide necessary information and maintain a systematic and sound recording of all transaction regarding the financial activities of the city government.
